Let’s face it, Ikea is a great place to hang around and look for new trends. Although we don’t recommend buying all of your furniture at Ikea (unless you want your home to look like an Ikea showroom), there are definitely a few pieces you can incorporate to make your home look like a million bucks.

Curtains are a great way to warm up your space by bringing in texture and color. We love the semi-sheer effect of these curtains, making them the perfect addition for a bedroom or living room. They come in lengths from 98″ to 118″ and have this nice linen-esque quality to them.
For a fuller look, consider opting for double curtains, as they provide two very different looks in one. They allow you to create a light and airy feel in the day and a cozy and private feel in the evening. We are obsessed with Ikea’s Lill curtains for the inner layer. Not only do they look great, but are incredibly affordable. They come in 110×98″.

If you’re looking to add some extra light to your place, but can’t find the space for a floor lamp, consider a table lamp! These are great for adding a decorative element without taking up too much room. Table lamps also provide ambient lighting that creates a warm and inviting vibe in any space.
