Base
Instead of using a full coverage foundation, only use concealer. Apply between your eyebrows, inner corners of the eyes, under the outer corners of your eyes, around your nose, chin, and corners of the mouth. Use a damp beauty blender to blend the concealer upwards. By doing so you’ll create a naturally lifted look, without having to add heavy contour.
Brows
Brows are a very powerful tool when it comes to lifting up your face. If you are one of the lucky ones who have been blessed with full eyebrows – use eyebrow gel and brush them diagonally upwards for a natural look. If you lack full brows, use a thin pencil to mimic natural hairs where needed.
Setting
Take your favorite translucent powder and set places where your concealer usually creases. For most people that’s upper eyelids, under eyes, and around mouth and nose.
Lashes
Curling lashes makes all the difference. It will open up your eyes and make your lashes appear even longer. Apply a few coats of your favorite mascara, but make sure you don’t get clumps!
Blush
If you are striving for a natural look, a cream blush or a lip tint is the way to go. Stay away from using too many powder products as they can create a ”cakey” finish.
Highligher
Apply a cream highlighter to the top of your cheeks (above where you applied blush) and down the center of your nose. If you’d like to get a look of fuller lips, you can also apply it above the cupid’s bow.
Lips
Gently overline your lips with a slightly darker pencil than your natural lip shade. Blend the lines and apply your favorite gloss.
