We don’t need to tell you that summer is coming. You know it as well as we do, and with summer comes the urgency to be ready for the bikini season. The first step in this process is to find some healthy recipes that also happen to be tasty and make you full.
It’s not an easy task, especially if you’re short on time and usually rely on “real food” instead of following pre-made diet plans. But we managed to combine 5 of our favorite low calorie recipes, which are mostly under 300 calories per serving. We put them together for the taste and simplicity—no need to go overboard with fancy ingredients when all we want is a quick meal we can make without going over our calorie limit for the day.
